Running a rescue such as ours is a very expensive business.  Not only do we have the day to day costs of food bills, electricity bills, rates etc but our biggest expense is our vet’s fees.  Many of the animals that arrive at our door are sick and in need of help and  no animal leaves us without being neutered, microchipped and vet checked. We are a not-for-profit organisation that is run entirely by volunteers and we rely on donations from the public to help us meet all these costs.  If you can donate anything we would be extremely grateful as would all the animals who you would be helping to send on to their new forever homes.

We are always in need of the following:-

Cat food – wet and dry

Dog food – wet and dry

Bedding – including towels, blankets, sheets – but not duvets!

Scratching posts, toys etc

Harnesses and leads

We have donation bins in Morrisons in Wincanton and Asda in Gillingham which are emptied weekly.  For larger donations please call Liz on 01963 32279 (for dogs) or Sam on 07971 079249 (for cats).
